About Lexi Skajewski

My name is Lexi Skajewski, and I am the educator behind Sky’s Behavior Solutions. I designed this seminar to stand out from typical professional development opportunities. I wanted to avoid creating the kind of workshop that I often criticize—those that promise incredible results but fail to provide any practical strategies for implementation.

Sky’s Behavior Solutions is designed to equip you with the tools, strategies, and confidence to create a well-managed, positive, and productive classroom environment. You’ll leave with actionable tips, resources, and a plan that you can implement on the first day. And you will see results immediately.

I know because I do it every day in my middle school classroom.

From My Classroom to Yours

The tips and strategies I will give you during this seminar are things I actually use in my classroom every single day. I have been developing these skills over the last decade. My biggest passion is teaching and helping give educators the tools to stay in the profession for the majority of their careers. I cannot effectively and ethically create a seminar that boasts curbing unwanted classroom behavior if I’m not in the room myself, trying it on my own students. As soon as I step foot out of the classroom, I’m irrelevant.

Kind Words from Past Participants

Overall, I really enjoyed everything! The vibe was positive, supportive, and energizing — it felt like a safe space to learn and reflect at the same time. The pace was just right, not too rushed, which allowed us to truly process the topics and have meaningful discussions. I also appreciated the workbook activities — you’re so creative! I walked away feeling inspired and equipped with new ideas, and I can honestly say I feel ready for the upcoming school year.

"I really found this refreshing. I told the girls next to me that if this was boring, I wasn't coming back the next day. Haha. Well... it was super fun and fast paced so that I never got bored!"

"I enjoyed both days. I feel that you gave real life suggestions that should be easy for me to implement into my teaching. The tech part was my favorite, since I'm not familiar with many sites. Now that I have working tech in my room (smartboard), I feel like I can start to implement some of the tools you suggested."
